RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • You must reside in the Turks and Caicos for 3 Business Days to process paperwork
  • All individuals who have never been married before need to have an affidavit notarized
  • If divorced or widowed you need a divorce decree or death certificate notarized
  • A declaration must be filled out by both parties stating you are of legal age, not related etc.
  • Each couple needs a notarized original copy of a birth certificate and passport
  • If a legal name change has occurred we need a notarized copy of this
  • A special license will need to be filled out to apply for the government marriage certificate - this needs to be filled out by the groom only
  • Once you enter the country you will receive entry cards - we will need copies of these to prove when you entered the country
  • All paperwork necessary will be provided by Tropical Destination Management 1 month prior to your wedding date, providing you have selected one of our wedding packages.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES
Methods of payment include: Cash, certified cheque, money order and travelers cheques. We do not accept credit cards unless arranged prior to the event - a 6% surcharge will be added to all credit card invoices. Personal cheques are also not accepted. Deposits will be required in order to secure your requested date.

TRAVEL INFO
Effective January 8, 2007 all US Citizens traveling by air to the Turks & Caicos Islands will be required by the US Government to have a valid US passport. Cruise ship passengers have until June 1, 2009 to meet the requirement. For more information, click here.
